The Nike Alpha Huarache 7 varsity LAX low has a lightweight upper and flexible TPU plate underfoot and is built for speed.  This lacrosse cleat features a low collar for flexibility and a wide stud placement for superior traction when cutting and running.  The real story here is the TPU footplate.  The TPU plate was designed with cone-shaped cleat studs which offers flexibility and traction for bursts, braking and cutting.  This design was tested for acceleration and multi-directional movement. The weight of a lower speed cleat combined with the support of a mid was a fan-favorite aspect of these cleats.
